Functional Consultants

1. Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant:

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a lead consultant in Oracle Financials implementations in the full project lifecycle with at least 3 Oracle Fusion Financials projects,
Experience in finance including at least 3 comprehensive implementations of Fusion Financials modules - Fusion General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management,
Practical experience in performing tasks and delivering results at all stages of the project lifecycle, such as design, build/configuration, training, testing, deployment, and support,
Documented experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting fit/gap analysis, functional pilot configurations, conference room pilots (CRP), testing, client user training,
Expert in deployment, enhancements, and support activities in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment.

2. Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM application consultant,
At least 2-3 complete implementations lifecycle of Oracle Cloud SCM,
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, conducting fit/gap analysis, functional configuration, testing and training,
Experience working with various teams and good knowledge of supply chain management modules such as procurement, inventory, order management, etc., to provide comprehensive solutions,
Leading and supporting the business team at all stages of implementation and support,
Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM application modules - procurement, inventory, order management, warehouse management, contracts, supplier portal,
Good knowledge of Supply Chain domain.

3. Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant:

Minimum 3-8 years of experience working in Oracle HCM modules, with at least 2 full projects implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM,
Competence in core HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits) or modules (Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management),
Proficiency in configuring various Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus

4. Oracle Fusion EPM Functional Consultant:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation,
Managing Oracle EPM Cloud project deliveries,
Minimum 2 full implementations of EPM projects in the cloud,
Practical experience with PBCS and FCCS applications,
Identifying gaps in functionality and providing solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud
Collaborating with financial teams to gather requirements and working with external vendors. Configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, configuration of documents and developing Smart View reports.

Technical Consultants

1. OIC Technical Consultant:

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a technical consultant in Oracle Fusion,
In-depth specialist knowledge in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its components,
Solid knowledge and practical experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP,
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud for data visualization and dashboard creation,
Good knowledge of Fusion standard web services and their integration capabilities,

2. Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Consultant:

Oracle Fusion programmer who can support the full cycle in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials - GL/AP/AR/FA/Cash Management,
Developing detailed, customized reports in multiple formats using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Spreadsheet Loader,
Managing complex and non-standard approval rules configuration and workflows,
Proven ability to create Oracle reports in multiple formats using reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.

3. Oracle Fusion SCM Technical Consultant:

Oracle Fusion programmer who can support the full cycle in Oracle Cloud ERP, Procurement - Purchasing/Sourcing/Supplier Portal/Self-Service,
Developing detailed, customized reports in multiple formats using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Spreadsheet Loader,
Managing complex and non-standard approval rules configuration and workflows,
Proven ability to create Oracle reports in multiple formats using reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.

4. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant:

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in implementing Oracle HCM projects as a technical consultant, with at least 2 full implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM projects,
Extensive knowledge of the basic database structure for Oracle Cloud HCM,
Excellent technical skills with Oracle, capable of building complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL,
Working on BI Publisher reports, migration, and Workflow components

5. Oracle VBCS Technical consultant:

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance our business processes and user experience,
Designing and developing enterprise-class applications and SaaS extensions using Oracle Fusion VBCS and PCS,
Experience in creating OIC integrations,
Creating responsive user interfaces and integrating with Oracle Cloud applications and other company systems,
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements,
Configuring Oracle SaaS applications to custom VBCS and PCS applications,
Preparing technical documentation for applications being created,
Documenting best practices and programming guidelines,
Support and maintenance after deployment,
Close collaboration with project managers, developers, and other consultants,
Documented experience in Oracle Fusion VBCS and PCS development,
Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, REST API interfaces, and web services,
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL/PLSQL,
Experience in developing and using ORDS services,
Experience working with Oracle Cloud databases (ATP/OCI VM DB).
