What will you be responsible for?
- effectively ensuring understanding and implementation of Scrum by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to the theory, practices, and principles of Scrum,
- coordinating all Scrum meetings (daily, planning, review, retrospective),
- verifying the feasibility of delivered requirements with the team of programmers,
- monitoring development/sprint progress,
- collaborating with the Delivery Manager on all development-related issues,
- coordinating work with the team of programmers, ensuring deadlines are met
- communicating project status with DM;
- managing risk with the team of programmers and escalating risk to DM.
What do we expect?
- Higher education,
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an agile environment in the role of Scrum Master and a total of approximately 10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Understanding of DevOps principles and test programming,
- Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, especially the ability to plan, define, implement, and monitor and report on goals;
- Good self and team organization skills,
- Communication, creativity, independence, stress resilience,
- Proficiency in English at level C1,
- Holding PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII Certificates.
