We are a boutique technical recruitment agency where active programmers, combined with an HR team, ensure the highest level of IT recruitment for their clients. We search, verify, and recommend the Best of the Best. We cooperate with e-commerce, automotive, med-tech industry, blockchain, and versatile software houses in Poland and beyond its borders.
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team, working 100% remotely, who will take care of our current and future clients in a high-quality manner.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Active acquisition of new clients, generating leads based on recruiting needs analysis,
- Building long-term relationships with the current client base,
- Regular contact with the internal HR department to improve the offer and increase satisfaction of clients and candidates,
- Preparing offers and presentations for Polish and English-speaking clients (knowledge of an additional foreign language is beneficial),
- Taking care of the client end to end (from the offer, through the entire recruitment process, to final feedback),
- Creating a vision of development in relation to the company's product potential and responsibility for building a client portfolio and achieving sales goals,
- Regular care for sales posts on the agency's social media.
What do we expect?
- Minimum of approx. 2 years of experience in active B2B sales and customer service,
- Sales/service/HR experience in the IT industry, knowledge of its characteristics, the Polish market, and general knowledge of the global market,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write industry texts,
- Knowledge of Polish and English at a B2+ level,
- Strong focus on goals and willingness for self-development.
