- Confirmed knowledge of Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, and Linux,
- Documented experience with React (Frontend),
- Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects,
- Good skills and knowledge of service leadership, moderation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, strengthening and increased transparency,
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills,
- Fluent in English,
