How experienced are the other team members?

You’ll find out if you’ll be a mentor working with people with less skill than yours. Or maybe you will have the opportunity to learn many useful things by working as the least experienced person among the sweepers. Being the most experienced member of the team is a responsibility. Also consider who you will be able to learn from if you are to be a mentor yourself.
